You Have to Come to Go
Yahshua said, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
It has been my observation that when people begin to struggle with their Kingdom walk, they don’t press into the anointing and the people who carry a greater anointing than they are presently walking in. But instead they begin to recede and distance themselves from Ecclesia gatherings, fellowship opportunities with other “kingdomers” and even family members who walk in the Kingdom. As a spiritual father, I know what people are going through, for we must all take up our cross daily and lose our life in order to find the Christ life of purpose and blessing. Those who used to sit on the front row of each service begin to move further back until eventually they are not present at all.
It is with this in mind that Yahshua prefaced the anointing He so willingly desired to impart to others with these simple words, “Come to Me”. Many did for various reasons and when not for the right reason they soon found something more appealing or more valuable. As long as Yahshua was feeding, healing, and entertaining them with signs and wonders, the crowd that gathered was referred to as a “multitude”. But on the day of His crucifixion, the multitude could be seated around your kitchen table.
But there were those who remained faithful, and for those His last words before ascending to the Father were, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them [what they had learned by making a draw on Yahshua’s anointing] all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
If you want to be one of Yahweh’s sent ones, you have to come first and find rest for your soul. Once you learn to rely on the Christ anointing, then, and only then you are ready to be Yahweh’s son in the earth, taking care of the Father’s business. What are you waiting on? Press in and move on!
